Jesus Turns Water Into Wine

Calvary Kids Preschool is beginning a new series called "Jesus Fixed It" and over the 8 weeks preschoolers will learn about Jesus' amazing miracles.

Read John 2:1-11

Jesus cares about us and He cares about our problems. No matter if a problem is big or small, Jesus can fix it.  

One day, Jesus was at a wedding party. Jesus’ mother, Mary, came to Jesus to tell him  
there was a problem. They had run out of wine for the wedding party. That might seem like a pretty small problem. But big or small, Jesus fixes it all. 
 
Jesus told the servants to fill up 6 large jugs with water.The servants filled the jugs with water, just as Jesus said. When they poured out some to serve to the guests, they were no longer filled with water but wine. Jesus turned the water into wine.
 
There was a problem. Jesus fixed it. Sometimes we face problems. We feel sad  
sometimes. We get into trouble sometimes. We don’t understand what we are  
supposed to do sometimes. We can bring our problems to Jesus, no matter what they  
are.

Family Discussion:

• Who came to Jesus and asked for help with a problem? 
• What did Jesus tell the servants to do? 
• How did Jesus fix the problem?
